We are located on Post Oak between Westheimer and San Felipe across from Maggiano's Restaurant and the Hilton Hotel at 1990 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 2300, Houston, Texas 77056, Post Oak Central, Building Three on the 23rd Floor. Parking is located in the retail area and free for your first 30 minutes.

Important Information for Prize winners of any Cox Radio Houston station:
Please bring your current Driver's License or Identification Card with you. If the address on your driver's license is different than the address you gave when you won; please bring something that verifies the correct address (like a utility bill or pay check stub).

If you are claiming a prize that is valued at or more than $300.00 or your prize winnings throughout the year have totaled more than $300.00; please make sure you bring your Social Security Card as well as your Driver's License.

If you are having another person pick up your prize; please make sure they have a valid copy of your driver's license along with written consent that they will be able to pick up your prize. With out these two items no one besides the person who won will be able to pick up that prize. If your prize is over $300.00 you are the only one that is allowed to pick up your prize.

All prizes (except tickets) must be claimed within 10 business days of winning. If you do not claim your prize within that 10 business days it will result in forfeiture of the prize.

All Tickets must be picked up starting the week of the event and must be picked up before 5:00pm on the last business day before the event.

Example: If you won concert tickets, you can pick up your tickets between 9am on Monday, June 8th through 5pm on Friday, June 12th.
Internet prize winners will receive an e-mail or phone call with details on their prize.
